LaLiga choose Rodrigo goal as best of Matchday 26

The strike against Athletic was the top hit of the past weekend

Rodrigo's goal against Athletic Club, a spectacular volley off Santi Mina's setup, has been chosen as the best goal of Matchday 26 by LaLiga Santander.

The strike, which opened the scoring in a 2-0 win for Valencia CF at Mestalla, came in the 49th minute of the game, and was the forward's fifth goal of the league season. He has 9 in all competitions so far in 2018/19.

Rodrigo would describe the goal as "One of my my most beautiful" and LaLiga was in agreement, singling it out for special praise.
